  We've had problems since day 1 of getting what was supposed to be new furniture. The new furniture was actually used but we're were being charged as if it were brand new. Some the staff is rude like you owe them personally. Nobody seems to communicate with each other about our account between the account managers and other managers. I'm constantly having to drive from Chattanooga to GA to even have someone that will talk to me without having an attitude. I will never do business with this company again.
