  I've been going to Lisa's Gold and Diamonds literally all of my life, yet today I had an experience that I will not forget. I will not return to this place. I went in with an incredibly important piece. An urn necklace for my aunt who's husband tragically passed away. I wanted an error in engraving covered up. I would have loved to have it fixed, but I expected that to not be an option, so I just wanted it covered up or buffed out. In addition to being incredibly arrogant, the woman who runs this business couldn't be bothered to speak to me, but stayed in the back room sending another employee to talk to me. She meerly glanced at the piece. I had my aunt with me who also goes there regularly, we exchanged a look like, "are they really treating us like this?" Apparently, you are unimportant and do not deserve respect unless you are spending thousands of dollars (like we have before, more then once.) I am honestly blown away at how we were treated, especially considering the importance of the piece.

  I bought a platinum ring here 2 years ago for over $5,000. Lisa appraised it at $8,775. Now I'm trying to sell it back to her or any othe shop in town and can't get an offer over $500. I know they need to make money but it seems like I should be able to get at least half the money back out of it. I got screwed by lisa's gold and diamonds.
