  Ordered carpet in November guy never showed and didn't call when he missed appointment to measure They ended up having to come out a total of 3 times because they do not know what they are doing at all We had to go to store 3 times too. They canceled day carpet was to be installed first time Then guys came out finally left mess and got new carpet dirty and hit our furniture and made mark no one fixed this or even apologized and Lowe's didn't seem to care when we told them our bedroom furniture is less than two years old and cost over 6k so it's safe to say we will never use Lowe's again

  Easy to navigate through the store for many items. Employees are eager to assist you with questions you may have about anything. Very nice employees. Nice products aren't cheap junk for the most part. Not too busy. A++ experience. Will continue to shop here in the future.

  Lowe's in Fort Oglethorpe, Ga. was extremely helpful today in our search for a dishwasher. Two different clerks helped us and we ended up pleased with our purchase and will have delivery and setup tomorrow. Also they made sure that we got our veteran's discount. All George had to do was show his DD214.
