They are always mean to me on the phone. HE TOLD MEVERYONE THAT HE'D RATHER THROW OUR FURNITURE AWAY THAN TALK TO ME! I'M SO OVER THIS COMPANY!!!!!! THEY HAVE ALSO BEEN "FIXING MY WASHER AND DRYER FOR OVER 6 MONTHS". THEY ARE ALWAYS RUDE TO ME AND I JUST WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW. If there was a button for no stars then I would do it.
