  Poor customer service! I have been in this pawn shop several times and their are a couple of knowledgeable and friendly staff, but there are a couple of staff that each time I have been there the customer service is horrible! I have to ask to get help with an item that is behind the counter and theu were not busy. Talking among each other, and by the way there were 3 of them today. And when you ask them about the item they were clueless about the items (PS4 systems). They had about 10 of them. I ask if any were 1 tb or all 500 gb and if any come with more than 1 controller. She looks at 3 of them and says I believe they are all the same. I'm no dummy... she was clueless and did not know. She did not even offer to look at others or in her computer database to see whay she could come up with. This pawn shop (and I shop and buy from many) is overpriced! I post this as I am over 10 years in sales and CSR experience and if I were this pawn shop I would highly suggest some review in your staffing as it horrible in customer service. Sorry, but you lost out in a sale today!
